At Medical Patents Broker Inc. (MPB), we believe in transparency. This policy explains how and why we use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the integrity of our marketplace and the security of the intellectual property housed within the Patent Maestro® Vault.
1.) What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device to help our platform function correctly. They allow us to remember your secure login status, protect against unauthorized access, and understand how users interact with our technology listings.
2.) How We Use Cookies
We categorize our cookies into three functional areas:

Accessing sensitive intellectual property requires elevated security. Please be advised that we use security cookies to log the IP address and access duration of users within our secure data rooms. This is a mandatory protocol to protect the "Confidential Information" of our Sellers/Licensors.
4.) Managing Your Preferences
You can choose to disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. However, please note that disabling cookies may result in the loss of access to certain features of the MPB platform, including the ability to enter secure Vaults or submit formal offers.
5.) Updates to This Policy
MPB may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our technology or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
