THE SALES PROCESS

Before the consummation of any sale or executed license agreement, the buyer and seller will agree to a closing.  

At the closing, the assignment(s) or license(s) will be transferred to the buyer and the escrowed funds, less MPB’s commission, will be transferred to the seller and/or licensor.
